This Privacy Policy describes how MORUXO Furnishings ("MORUXO", "we", "us", "our") collects and uses information when you visit moruxo.com or contact us through the site. MORUXO is a trademark of Three Travelers, L.L.C., based at 11629 Menchaca Rd Suite D, Austin, TX 78748.

Information we collect

We only collect information you give us directly through forms on the site:

  • Contact form (on the contact page or product pages): your name, email, phone number, and the content of your message.
  • Newsletter signup (in the footer): your email address.

We do not require accounts, do not host comments, and do not ask for any data beyond what's needed to respond to your inquiry or send you the updates you opted into.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Reply to your inquiry, schedule a showroom appointment, or quote a custom order.
  • Send occasional updates about new inventory or workshop news, only if you signed up for the newsletter.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the website.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Third-party services we use

We rely on the following third-party services to run the site. Each has its own privacy practices:

  • GoHighLevel — receives and stores contact form and newsletter submissions so we can respond to you. GoHighLevel privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — protects forms from automated spam. Cloudflare may process technical signals from your browser to verify that a submission is legitimate. Cloudflare privacy policy.
  • Sanity — content management system. Stores the content shown on the site (products, blog posts, city pages). Does not receive visitor data. Sanity privacy policy.
  • Vercel — hosts the website. Receives standard server log data (IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp) for security and performance, retained for a short period. Vercel privacy policy.
  • ReputationHub — embeds the customer reviews widget on our site. Loaded inside an iframe and may set its own cookies when interacted with.
  • Google Maps — embeds maps on city pages. Google may collect data on map interactions per its privacy policy.

Cookies

This website does not set its own first-party cookies. Embedded third-party content and form-protection tools (Cloudflare Turnstile, the reviews widget, Google Maps) may set or read cookies or similar browser signals when loaded or interacted with. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though form submission may require Turnstile to run.

How long we retain your information

Contact form and newsletter submissions are retained in GoHighLevel for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our customer records. You may request deletion at any time using the contact details below. Server logs are retained by Vercel for a short period for security and operational purposes.

Your rights

You can request at any time to:

  • Access the information we hold about you.
  • Correct or update your information.
  • Delete your information from our records.
  • Opt out of the newsletter (every newsletter email also includes an unsubscribe link).

To make any of these requests, email info@moruxo.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's privacy

MORUXO is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.
